Run or walk this fun, family event and celebrate the 4th of July with us!  We have a bunch of great sponsors this year, good food, and a great post-race PRIZE DRAWING -- we will be giving away: gift certificates to Pei Wei's, Maggie Moo's, and an iPod, and more!

TRAIN FOR A FALL HALF MARATHON OR MARATHON WITH FLEET FEET! 
Are you running the Chicago Marathon this fall?  Did you find out that you got into the NYC Marathon?  Are you looking to train for a great half marathon or full marathon?  Then why not train for the ROUTE 66 MARATHON or HALF MARATHON?  No matter your goal race, we will get you there prepared and ready for your event -- Join our FALL PROGRAM and train with us! 

FALL PROGRAM Orientation Meetings are scheduled for: 

Monday, June 30 at 6pm -- FINAL meeting!  

Don't delay, register today!

This Fleet Feet Fall Program will prepare you to run a fall half marathon (13.1 miles) or marathon (26.2 miles).  Program includes: Pace groups, organized group runs, group coaching, planned courses, aid stations, weekly informative emails, special product package, post-celebration party, and more!

Fleet Feet COFFEE CLUB RUN is back! 

Join us EVERY THURSDAY MORNING at 6:00am at Fleet Feet for a nice (cool) summer run.  Paces will vary and distance will be approximately 3-4 miles.  Our first official COFFEE CLUB RUN for the summer will be this Thursday, July 3 at 6am.

Do you wish to get in shape to run or walk a FALL event? 

Our next round of training programs will begin in AUGUST and will be targeted at Fall races!  Here are the training programs that will launch in August: 

Walking Program 
For beginner and intermediate walkers.  We will train you for the 5k distance. 

No Boundaries - Running 101: 
For beginning runners. We will train you for the 5k distance and our goal event will be the Route 66 Mayor's 5k Run/Walk. 

Next Steps - Running 201: 
For intermediate runners.  We will train you for the 10k distance and our goal event will be the Route 66 Quarter Marathon.
